Hello, There has been a serious pest issue (dozens of flies) on my patio for the past several weeks. I strongly believe this issue has to do with the fact that my next-door neighbor leaves copious amounts of dog feces on their patio. I've spoken to the neighbor about this and flagged this issue to building management on multiple occasions.
