PER CSB : Possible traffic safety concern from continuously flashing LED window display. A second-floor apartment window at this location has been covered with a rapidly flashing LED net/grid display that fills nearly the entire window. The light flashes continuously 24 hours a day and has been operating this way for over a year. The display is clearly visible from the street and to westbound oncoming traffic. Potential hazard for drivers.

Ive made numerous complaints about a neighbor who lives above me.He likes to pour buckets of water on his floor as a method of cleaning it(so i was told) and the problem is that the water leaks through our ceiling ,and its been going on since i moved here. ive informed the staff as well as the building manager,and what ive been told is that they need to relocaate our neighbor before they can come up with a long term solution,but the longer the problem continues the worser the problem gets.Now w
