Per CSB;SDCI- Investigate land use - An abandoned car has sat there for two years on the lot. Customer has lots of videos to share. Pipers Creek Pub, who share the parking lot, are also frustrated. It's all the same landlord. Has been an issue off and on for two years and a consistent issue for the past month or two. Customer regularly calls SPD Non-Emergency and 911 for the noise, prostitution, gun violence and patrons doing donuts in the street.

Noise. Specifically loud music, vibrating walls of houses across the alley from the restaurant, started at 2:3AM on 7/22. This is the second consecutive night of harassingly loud music, resulting in neighbors attempting (once again) to talk to the business owners.

Audlis Eritean and Ethiopian Restaurant is playing extremely loud music / open mic - with all windows facing West into the neighborhood opened. It can be heard throughout my entire house (now past 10pm) on a Tuesday. All neighbors in the alley behind this restaurant have school aged children... we've been complaining for over a year about the noise. Come on Seattle.
