CO was leaking from my heater, and the gas was turned off for maintenance to be applied. I am unsure of the amount of time my heater had been leaking CO, and I was informed by maintenance that this leak was due to a misaligned vent. The gas to the heater has been shut off, but the heater itself has not been replaced yet. I have been advised to use another gas heater in the same unit but do not feel safe doing so. Heater is broken no heat. Mgmt. aware not doing anything about it, been over a week. Bathroom walls are cracking and peeling paint. Front door isn't stable missing screws, not correctly installed.

My in unit furnace has been broken in some way since around December 12th. Since December 12th the heating unit has been turning on on its own at random times, leading to the space overheating while I sleep or leave the apartment. Since January 12th a repair person has disabled the handle and it is on at all times, making my apartment incredibly hot and giving me no resources for cooling it down.
