Per online complaint - The front door to my apartment building is broken. My roommate and I have submitted several maintenance requests, the first one in Oct 2016, and it still is not fixed. At the moment it remains noticeably ajar. Davis Property Management is neglecting to provide us with a secure buildingOngoing since 10/2016

Per phone call: 1. Faulty wiring and ungrounded, loose outlets. 2. Fire caused by electrical outlet in lower unit. 3. Plumbing not functioning properly - very low water pressure.
