Per CSB: Huge pile of trash & dry branches against the building, the alley side. This is a health hazard, an invitation for rats, & street peopke set fires. There have been 3 fires in this alley. This trash pile needs to be removed. The front of the building has trash outside everyday. The Aurora facing unit has broken windows, trash outside, and people in and out all night long
