Between 2 AM and 3 AM, 2 people went through the roll-off box of the construction site and loaded a mini-van full of framing materials. I contacted SPD (ref #24-292424) as I was under the impression the construction side was being looted. The work of these people was quite loud, and least one other resident was out to see what was happening.
