Per CSB: I'd like to report an ongoing sanitation and public health issue with the neighboring unit next to our property. The residents are not taking out their trash, and large amounts of garbage are consistently piled up outside their unit. This has caused strong odors and attracted rats and other pests, creating an infestation problem. We have spoken to them multiple times in the past, but no action has been taken.
