PER PHONE COMPLAINT: Complainant received Eviction letter as a result of three (3) failed inspections. She has lived at location and has a Section 8 Voucher. She stated the failed inspections were a result of the landlord not making requested repairs. She received the Eviction letter by mail. She has not received a Summons & Complaint.
