Wiring for the baseboard heater is exposed to weather outside the back door. The complainant has stopped using the heater because of the potential fire hazard even though it's the only source of heat in the unit. Additionally, wires are hanging out of the black and charred light bulb fixture in the kitchen. Complainant received an eviction notice and will be moving out at the end of the month.
