Per CSB: This has been an ongoing issue that started last year and has progressively gotten worse. Tenants regularly park vehicles on the grass in the front yard rather than on a driveway or paved surface, which has caused deep ruts and deterioration of the yard. Over time, the property appears to be falling into further disrepair, with visible damage to the landscaping and general lack of upkeep.
