The best words I can find to describe my sentiment at the thoroughness of this investigation are 'disappointed but not surprised'. Neighbor above her uses exercise bike for long periods of time, over allowed limit. She has brought this to her property manager. Nothing has been done, seeking tenant rights in this matter.

They have been advised by property management to get a noise dampener mat but have not done so in the two weeks since the advisement and continue the use of this bike.
