I am writing to formally report a serious habitability issue at my apartment building in Seattle. The building has been without running water or extremely low pressure for five consecutive days. Can SDCI require a loading zone adjacent to all future multi-family housing developments that do not provide on-site parking? Since there is no loading zone or street parking adjacent to the apodment (10610 Meridian Ave N) due to a protected bike lane, the residents, building maintenance staff, delivery drivers, carshare drivers, postal vehicles, etc., regularly block the driveway apron immediately south of the building.
