Noise. I do not understand how this construction site gets away with everything. Tonight they have city light working pass 9pm and they are yelling at each other and running their trucks. We were not notified that they would be working into the night. Am I Shocked, not at all since this construction site never has to follow any rules. While you are at it. If they are going to put no parking signs up then they need to follow them themselves. Not make it so everyone that lives around here can not

This construction site needs to be providing pedestrian safe access along 8th ave NE and they continue to remove the pedestrian safe access. There used to be temporary bollards providing safe passage for pedestrians, but they are no longer there. This is an unsafe road already and at night there is no streetlight to illuminate pedestrians.
