The power constantly goes out. In the last 30 days, the power has gone out 6 times. The breaker box is locked away and restricted from the tenants. There is a potential fire hazard as NO tenant here can use any appliance (Microwave, Toaster) without the risk of tripping a breaker because ALL of the apartments are on one breaker lineIf the breaker doesn't trip all the apartments could burn down.We do NOT have access to the main breaker.
