Wood balconies on building have rotting floors and railings are detached.2/4/12- Complainant phoned back said he also has a document with signatures of tenants in #201 and #301 who also want their units inspected. Complainant anticipates tenant in 4th unit will also want inspection so inspector should allow enough time for #4 units. Complainant stated there are other violations in each unit along with exterior violations of balconies and railings. CA
