14 people live in the garage, all in their 30s, Guatemalans but do speak English, many work with the property owner at the Kisaku restaurant. Space heater used for heat. Complainant lives across the alley, and wanted to remain anonymous, but will call back in a few weeks to check in with inspector. See attachment.
