The city drainage ditch/Piper's Creek tributary that runs between Dayton Ave N and Evanston Ave N between 107th and 110th is an open ditch except behind 10733 Evanston Ave N, where there is an undersized culvert and a shed built on top. I know that my neighbor at 10734 Dayton Ave N has had flooding issues, and I am concerned that there will be more with the coming rainy season.
