Per Online; The residences of 10740 Whitman Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133 have gone all year without working on their yard. The yard has overgrown weeds and is effecting the living conditions of the houses next to it. The area has four stand alone houses and the two houses behind 10740 have to walk on a sidewalk that is attached to this house and the sideway is filled with overgrown weeds and also torn brushes which is an extreme safety hazard. We have filed two complaints

The residents of 10740 Whitman Ave N are refusing to work on the yard and they are saying it is not their responsibility. They advised me they spoke to the landlord about getting someone to come work on the yard. However, that was months ago and the yard has not been worked on. The over grown torn brushes are covering the sidewalk in which the houses behind the 10740 house needs to use to access their own homes. It is an extreme safety hazard on the houses around it.The residents that live in the houses behind the 10740 house have to walk past this house through the right side sidewalk and it is filled with thrown bushes.I have spoken to the tenants in the house and they advised me it is not their responsibility to work on the yard and they don't want to.Please send
