Ustairs bathroom leaks down into the main entry way. Dr rot and ceiling in loft bedroom is drooping from previous leak. The complainant has contacted the landlord and nothing has been done. The complainant is the tenant and she is looking forward to the call from the inspector to set up a time so she can allow access to enter the property.
