The owner is storingjunk and trash in thebasement, creatingtoxic fumes. Itsmells like he maybe burning trash.The stench iscausing breathingproblems. I alsofeel very intimidatedby the owner andfear retaliation forfiling this complaint.

Unit flooded on 12/21/20 during heavy rain. Caller stated that water was up to his knee outside of his unit. Landlord was onsite to remove water from unit as it was entering the unit. Though water has receded, carpeting and furniture remains wet.

All windows leak and she has mold. Section 8 inspected and the manager told her to clean with bleach. She does this but the mold comes back because of the moisture coming in from the windows.
