HOUSING--per online--The sewer does not meet code. The stove still does not function safely. I often have to wiggle or nudge the electric filaments on the stove to get it to work, risking burns and injury. Water leaking down walls, walls streaked with brown stains and goo from the roof. He has asked for several months for the problem to be fixed. Complainant said a police officer from the N. Precinct was out this weekend, and advised him to call DPD first thing Monday morning due to the poor conditions of the unit. It sounds like the police were called because the manager tried to evict him - but the complainant would only give vague information. He was reluctant to call in the complaint because

Carpeting is wet under bedroom window by the baseboard heater. Carpeting under sliding glass door in living room carpet is wet. Water puddles on dining room floor.other water damage is also evident in the room. Unable to remediate major mold outbreak behind toilet.
