Per Online;Unsafe conditions including no hand railings for stairs/steps, very unlevel back north east part to shedMight want to check out the shed as well. Egress window in "bedroom" downstairs unit.Electrical panel in different unit.No 30 min fire door separating unitsYusi was informed of the black mold in the downstairs unit and her contractors just put the moldy trim back on the wallAnd not 100%sure but doesn't each unit need their own HVAC?
