The landlord / property manager refuses to install additional locks and comply with requested enhancements to documented security issues despite multiple requests to do so. The "secured parking area" has been broken into almost every month I've been here and despite my providing feedback to management nothing has been done to remedy the security shortfalls that are readily apparent to both tenants and management.
