Paint is peeling off the wall from water damage in bedroom. Rot and mold in floor and wall of bedroom and bathroom. Landlord wants to cover up by paint in common area, SE stairway condition and condition of balcony walkways. (PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE PROPERTY MANAGER PRIOR TO INSPECTION.)
