I reported in October (10/28/24 to be exact) that my oven does not hold temperature and that I cannot cook using it. My maintenance request for the oven was not addressed until mid November, with a technician arriving on 11/20/24. He spent a whopping 10 minutes there, said it was the thermostat that needed to be replaced and that they didn't have any on the truck, and that they would return within 8-10 business days but would need to schedule that through my property manager. Per online complaint, "Electrical outlets not up to code. Mainly in kitchen. Landlord knows this but said it would cost alot of money to bring their properties up to code. Only have 2 - 2 prong outlets in the kitchen, have gone through 2 microwaves, frequent blows."
