12 month lease is up, but HOA CCNR says lease can only be 12 months and tenant does not want to move out and wants to continue lease month to month, tenant wants assistance from POTA to clarify he will not be evicted and will automatically be a month to month lease. Landlord says there will be an increase in rent, no 180-day notice was given.

Frank Sylvester the owner of Apartment 1D performed a complete unpermitted remodel of the unit. He also installed around Nov 27th 2020 a 50AMP electric plug and ran approx 70' of flexible electrical conduit into the shared garage through a 2"-3" hole in the floor in the middle of the room! This hole allows exhaust gas and fumes into the unit.

The property owner I was renting from Frank Sylvester showed up one day saying he was installing a 220V car charger outlet because the association wouldn't let me charge anymore. He told me the electricians were going to charge to much so he was doing the install himself! Per Online; Our landlord we rent the condo from has been doing unpermitted work and shows up unannounced with no notice to do repairs or work. When we moved in he told me I could charge my car.
