Huge plumbing problem to where the bathroom has to be demo'd. Leasing office told him he has to vacate to fix plumbing problem. Feels like he's being bullied into being evicted since the landlord wants him to vacate permanently even though he's still on a lease.

Construction is continuing despite the Governor's order to halt: This is not a critical project. It is multifamily housing. I live next door and on my walks for health I see construction workers in close proximity to each other. But that doesn't matter because construction is prohibited.
