No radiant heating throughout the townhome in winter, for close to three months. Bottom floor is routinely below mandated 58 degrees. Due to faulty electrical installation we cannot use a space heater without risk of electrical fire or blowing out portions of the house on the breaker. Electrical and heating issues have been a problem for 6+ months.

Per 11/9/15 online complaint: "Builder is subverting height limits by regrading property. Foundations were build up. Backfill is being trucked in to raise the grade. Builder need to document average grade and how it was determined. Builder need to restore grade to as-was and lower structure foundations." since 10/1/2015***Is construction (including grading) per Permits 6401484, 6416686 & 6416687? Complainant says grade has been raised to allow additional height***
