Trench work took place on the property to repair sanitary side sewer line that serves the adjacent property (11048 Sand Point Way NE). The sewer line runs easterly from 11048 Sand Point Way NE via utility easement through private property. Repairs were necessary after raw sewage began draining onto yards several weeks ago.
