Cornell & Associates, Inc. has violated Seattle Renters Agreement Codes as well as RCW 59.18.280 in regard to the return of our security deposit. Our initial deposit was $900. We moved out of the apartment on 10/31/21. We received a check in the mail for $97.34 dated 11/16/21 without any attached statement or report specifying the basis for retaining over $800 of the deposit. A statement was emailed to us 30 days after moving out (11/30/21). This overdue statement
