I am disabled, and my sole ground-level access to my home is from the alley between 34th and 35th Avenues.The representative from the developer said that their permits allow them to fence-off access to my driveway, but as a courtesy, they don't plan to do that. Per Online;The big trees on this property are all dying but were fine last October. 10 feet from the edge of the property in the alleyway, a large tree of the same variety is alive and healthy. It appears that the trees were poisoned or "spiked" in order to kill them prior to the proposed development. Bags of garbage (including used diapers) removed by workers removing items from the house that used to be a daycare/school and dumped on property again. See Record Number: 003917-23CP of previous complaint. See photos for garbage dumped by workers.While workers were removing items from the house, their trucks blocked access to the parking area behind the adjacent property owners' businesses.

Dirty diapers and garbage dumped on the property adjacent to the alley next to adjoining businesses. The garbage dump is attracting more garbage to be dumped and is being grown over. I called SDCI and made a complaint (as well as filed a complaint online) 3 weeks ago and I called the property owner 2 weeks ago (and spoke to the woman who answered the phone and she said that she's send the property manager to the property immediately, but nothing has been done).
