PER CSB: Vegetation on planting strip is overgrown and blocks people getting out of cars and seeing around the corner. The large bush tree is also blocking parking. Vegetation also interferes with access to the fire hydrant. House that is responsible is 1200 North 44th Street.

PER CSB: Yard has been overgrown on public sidewalk and as a result critters and fox tail are roaming and spreading all over. This is becoming unsafe for people, children and dogs walking around there.
