Complaint: LandLord/Tenant
Opened September 2, 2022
I have not received my security deposit from my landlord. I moved out on July 11th. No statement was given on how my deposit was disbursed. On August 15th, I saw charges from my portal for cleaning fees and utilities but still no sign of my security deposit in my bank account or mail.

I received an unlawful increase in rent notice. I was sent an email as notice on April 20th, 2022 informing me my rent would be increasing at the beginning of May 2022. That is only a ten day notice. Secondly, I have yet to hear from the company or receive my security deposit within 21 days from vacating the apartment.
