Complaint: LandLord/Tenant

Opened October 9, 2025

My previous rental building is refusing to return my deposit despite the fact that I did not sign a move-in inspection checklist. They're trying to price gouge me over $800 for painting which falls under normal wear and tear, and there's no damage to the property. Since there was no prior inspection, I should be owed the entire $750 deposit.
