The P2 Elevator Lobby of the Kiara apartment building has no code compliant egress path. There are three doors (excluding the elevators) in that area. All 3 doors have the ability to be locked with a physical key with the key hole facing in to the lobby area. One door leads out to the loading dock of the building and consequentially the alleyway. Around 5am-5.30am everyday, the trash truck will come,make loud noise and awaken me from my dream. The truck works for more than 30 mins with an unignorable noise so I basically can't fall asleep after that. This has impacted my daily life and I have to find a solution for this issue.

Per Online;The trash chutes in the building have been down for 3.5 months. Residents have complained and requested updates, yet the response has been that they are working on it and hope to have it fixed soon.Meanwhile, residents have been leaving trash in the trash rooms and hallways. It is becoming a sanitation issue on multiple floors. The hallways smell, their are flies in the hallways (and now coming into my apartment consistently), and there is no timeline.

Starting early May 2023 the building across the street installed new HVAC fans on their rooftop. This is located at 1000 Denny Way Seattle, WA 98109. These new fans sound like a lawnmower is running 247. The building owner has claimed they are working to reduce fan speed and the manufacture of the fans. My concern is for all of the tenants located at 111 Terry Ave N, that's a building of 461 units, are being severely affected by this noise. It's disruptive and does not allow people to sleep. Th
