Opened January 23, 2026
Has a few tenant rights questions he needs answered. Lease ends at end of march. If he starts moving property out of apartment, can he be charged penalty? If written notice is given ahead of 20 day notice, can they charge early termination fees? Signed a new lease that has fairly predatory language, has questions about this lease as well.

Around 5am-5.30am everyday, the trash truck will come, make loud noise and awaken me from my dream. The truck works for more than 30 mins with an unignorable noise so I basically can't fall asleep after that. This has impacted my daily life and I have to find a solution for this issue.

Per Online; The trash chutes in the building have been down for 3.5 months. Residents have complained and requested updates, yet the response has been that they are working on it and hope to have it fixed soon.Meanwhile, residents have been leaving trash in the trash rooms and hallways. It is becoming a sanitation issue on multiple floors. The hallways smell, their are flies in the hallways (and now coming into my apartment consistently), and there is no timeline.

These new fans sound like a lawnmower is running 247. The building owner has claimed they are working to reduce fan speed and the manufacture of the fans. My concern is for all of the tenants located at 111 Terry Ave N, that's a building of 461 units, are being severely affected by this noise. It's disruptive and does not allow people to sleep. Th
