I believe my neighbor across the street has illegally painted the curbs yellow in an attempt to stop people from parking next to his driveway. He has verbally abused several people for parking "too close" to the sides of his driveway, even though I have personally seen some of the parking and found he had ample room to leave his home. If the city painted it that is fine, however I do not think the city did. I would like to have this illegal paint removed.
