I am a renter in this building. We had a raw sewage leakage overnight 4/26. The landlord fixed the plumbing issue 4/27 but there is still a bunch of human waste outside the building. I alerted them to it 4/27 and it is still there.

POTA--per phone call--New owner of building wants everyone to sign a 12 month lease? Most people have lived there for years and are month to month. Can they legally be forced to sign a lease?
