There has been a constant "humming" machine sound coming from somewhere outside our living room apartment window facing the south courtyard since May 2026. This sound wasn't audible the prior year or during the Winter. We have contacted our building manager who attempted to contact the adjacent buildings about the sound, and I have contacted the building manager myself and coordinated a cooperative investigation with maintenance workers to locate the source of the sound.
