The hot water at Sunset Electric has been inconsistent since August due to a broken mixing valve. The issue causes intermittent outages lasting a day or more each week. Currently, we have been without hot water since Thursday, with the earliest repair expected on Tuesday-a total of six days without hot water. This violates RCW 59.18.010(1) as the landlord has not resolved the issue within 24 hours. The cold weather makes this situation even more urgent.
