Tenant was given a 30day notice in April. Tenant opted for the Tenant Resolution Program, haven't heard back yet. On a month to month lease, had a Rent Increase that started in March but was never given a notice. Tenant has been paying set amount of rent that was agreed upon. What are rights?

Signs. Building has had two temporary fabric banner signs for five years. These two signs are identical and huge: 35 ft tall and 8 ft wide. The signs advertise apartment rentals. They are now faded and the fabric is beginning to fail. Five years is way too long for temporary signs.
