Per online complain dated on 1/11/2006 " live at 1112 24th Ave. and there is a Post Office directly across from me.The front of the Post Office is facing 23rd Ave and the rear is facing my house and we are between Union and Spring streets in a single family zone. The rear of the Post Office which is facing my home (and several others)has a loading dock which accepts deliveries all through the night starting at about 1:00 A.M. and continuing through 6:00 A.M. They usually get 2 or 3 deliveries e
