There is a mattress in our trash collection area at 1113B 14th Ave, Seattle WA 98122. There are toys, and other junk items that look like someone homeless is sleeping there.

On a weekly basis we have an issue with illegal dumping by the residents of 1113F in our trash and recycling. This often fills our trash and recycling, and has a scent of rotting trash. They also appear to leave their trash outside of bins and it makes the entire trash collection area all residents walk past smell like rotting garbage.
