The Martha Anne Apartments has had multiple complaints from tenants and surrounding neighbors regarding the unsafe conditions behind the apartment-particularly the garages and garbage area behind the building. We, the tenants of the unit, believe we are exposed to substandard and dangerous conditions due to mold and lead paint. Bathroom of Unit 203 potentially has exposed lead paint (test requested) and development of mold due to water leaking behind wall. We believe that because of the water damage to drywall, the integrity of bathroom walls and ceiling is failing.
