I am filing this complaint regarding Lori Gill & Associates Property Management's handling of my security deposit for 1115 Lake Washington Blvd S, Seattle, WA 98112.I vacated the property on May 31, 2026, after more than five years of tenancy. My security deposit was $6,195.On June 24, I received a "Preliminary Deposit Settlement Statement." It refunded $943.39 and withheld $5,251.61, including an estimated $4,500 charge to replace a bathroom countertop and approximately $55
