I'm reporting loud road construction noise that occurred around 4:30 a.m. on [July 28, 2025] near [1115 NE 43th St in the U-District]. The noise involved [trucks, heavy machinery] and continued for an extended period, disrupting sleep in the area.As far as I know, this is outside the permitted construction hours for Seattle, and I have not seen any posted noise variance signs. I am requesting that the city investigate whether this early morning work is authorized and take appropriate action

Per Online;UW parking garage on 11th and 43rd (4318 11th Ave NE) started DRILLING at 6:30 AM, this is a half hour before the Seattle City Ordinance time of 7 AM. Very loud drilling.

The construction around here has been starting at 3 AM, which is absolutely ridiculous considering it's so hot and everyone has their windows open. No one can sleep and everyone's tired and going crazy from this constant construction which has been going on for months now.
