Leaks in plumbing from above unit have caused water damage to bathroom in the complainant's unit (bubbles and chipped paint can be observed). Maintenance worker cut hole in ceiling to address plumbing; however, the patch work is now caving in. Furthermore, the bathroom sink does not provide hot water.
