Window screens are bent and still haven't been replaced and bugs get in during summer. The kitchen ceiling lights are flickering due to almost dead bulbs that have not been replaced after asking multiple times and even asking for the type of bulbs so I can just replace it myself. Property management insists on doing it themselves but never completed it. Tenant repeatedly parking in front yard in grass next to driveway parking spots. It's been happening for at least two months if not longer. Bc it is in the grass and not on pavement, it is tearing up the yard and turning into mud pit.
