Have had sewage problems for four months; landlord did patchwork repair jobs. Sewage progressivly backing up into the sinks. Complainant says plumbers told her the plumbing is not up to code. Complainant says lanlord is suposedly fixing next week because the smell has gotten so bad, but they will be tearing up the floors and walls, and water will be shut off.

Per online complaint, "For more than 1 month there is debris in front yard and on planting strip. Rental tenants placed a couch on the planting strip next to street and a truck canopy in the front yard. Various other debris is strewn about the front yard. Owner not present at property. Parcel #7217400725."
