POTA--per phone call--landlord called and says 3 potential tenants plan to move in as roommates. They have presented him with a military lease addendum (Navy) that states they can break the lease if they are deployed or relocated. He does not have an issue with that but was told by the roommates that if one of them had to leave for an assignment, the other two would move out as well. He wants to know if he has to rent too them based on those terms
